PTB Special delivers custom 4-ton stacker to Elantas Europe in Hamburg

This week, PTB Special delivered a custom-built 4-ton stacker to Elantas Europe GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. Elantas is a leading manufacturer of insulating and protective chemical materials for the global electrical and electronics industry.

The stacker has been designed for transporting and precisely positioning heavy containers with a total weight of approximately 4,000 kg into an industrial pressing installation. This application requires a very high level of accuracy, as the containers must be placed perfectly vertical for further processing.

To meet these requirements, the stacker is equipped with proportional control for both lifting and tilting, giving the operator full control over all movements. In addition, the machine features forged forks with a length of 1,300 mm, a fork carriage with tilt cylinders and is operated from an ergonomic ride-on platform.

This delivery once again demonstrates PTB Special’s expertise in developing heavy-duty custom solutions for demanding industrial and chemical applications.
