PTB Special Products developed a special stacker for a supplier of, among other things, plastic pipe systems and fittings. The ESD30S has a sideshift and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The stacker developed by PTB is delivered by Vlaming Group to the company in question.
Vlaming Groep was looking for a tailor-made solution for a customer who supplies plastic piping systems. The challenge was to develop a means of transport for the storage of heavy tools such as molds and parts that are stored in racks.
A heavy duty walk-on stacker with a lifting capacity of 3 tons and a mast with a completely free lift. The machine has a sideshift and a PLC with which the sideshift can be positioned exactly in the middle of the mast when lowering.
The stacker is equipped with a sideshift. When lowering back to the starting position, the sideshift is positioned exactly in the center of the mast using a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
The valued customer in question needs the stacker in the storage of the tools used in the production process. In general, these are heavy, metal molds and parts that are stored in racks.
