Custom-made coil lifter for a manufacturer of winding wire, based in Slovakia. The fully electric pallet truck has a lifting capacity of 3,5 tons and is capable of lifting heavy coils 280 millimeters.
To design and develop a custom-made coil lifter that is able to lift heavy coils with winding wire up to preset heights.
A compact electric coil lifter with custom-made coil forks and programmable lifting heights. The forks are tailored to safely lift different sizes of coils. The preset lift heights can be adjusted based on the operator's preference.

The operator of the EPD35R can program lifting heights through a series of switches. The switches can be used during lifting by selecting each of them via an instrument on the dashboard. The pallet truck features a variety of electronic instruments which grant easy operation of driving, lifting and lowering of the heavy coils.
